These ventures include Steel Melt Shops of varying capacities, Rolling Mills, a Ferro Alloy Plant, and a 50MW Power Plant.
 
All projects have been executed in collaboration with Electrotherm India Ltd., the world’s largest supplier of Induction Furnaces, ensuring access to cutting-edge technology and expertise.

Legacy has achieved successful exits across nine different steel businesses, including Bahrain Ferro Alloys (BAFA), Bahrain Electricity Supply and Transmission, and Universal Rolling. Our core strategy focuses on identifying opportunities in regions with market gaps, establishing and scaling steel businesses, and exiting at attractive valuations to maximize returns for all shareholders.
